Architecting the Design Culture and Cross-Functional Synergy
The Challenge
Transitioning a heavy-industry corporation from fragmented, vendor-dependent workflows to a unified, in-house product powerhouse. The goal was to build a sustainable design culture, eliminate silos between departments, and establish a transparent lifecycle from initial idea to C-level investment approval and final development.
Architecting the Ecosystem
Building the Engine
(The
Design Center)
I built and scaled the Design Center from the ground up, structuring it into three highly specialized divisions: Product UX/UI, Presentation Design, and Motion/3D Design. But building a team is more than just hiring; it’s about mentorship. I personally trained and guided over 20 product designers, analysts, and frontend developers, shifting their mindset from mere execution to deep product ownership.
Bridging the Gaps
(Cross-Functional Synergy)
To deliver over 80 digital products efficiently, we needed a unified language. I successfully synchronized internal product teams and implemented an optimized, cross-functional product creation process: Research ➔ Analytics ➔ Design ➔ Development. By establishing strict agile rituals and collaborative frameworks, I bridged the gap between Business/System Analysts, Project Managers (PMs), Designers, and Developers. We stopped working in isolation and started operating as a single, cohesive unit.

The Investment Cycle
&
Evangelism
Design in a corporate environment requires robust financial justification. I architected a gated product lifecycle deeply integrated with the company's investment structures: Pitching the core idea, securing secondary budgets for deep user research, and proving hypotheses through UX prototypes before securing the final development budget. I prepared and delivered these high-stakes presentations, inspiring C-level stakeholders to adopt our methodologies.
I don't just design interfaces;
I design the processes and the culture that create them.
